World of Warcraft Legion – Gameplay Changes and WoW Gold
World of Warcraft is one, if not the largest massively multiplayer online roleplaying games ever made. Legion follows after Warlords of Draenor, announced only last August 6, 2015 at the Gamescom 2015. Find out more about the gameplay changes and the in-game features you can enjoy when you buy WoW Gold in World of Warcraft Legion with the article below.
Gameplay Changes and WoW Gold in Legion: Overview
After the death of Archimonde at Hellfire Citadel on the alternate timeline world of Draenor, Gul’dan is taken through a demon portal and sent to Azeroth of the main timeline to pave the way for the Burning Legion to invade in greater numbers than in the War of the Ancients. Gul’dan finds a dark crystalline prison containing the corpse of Illidan Stormrage while exploring the hidden vaults of the Broken Isles. Illidan is the former Lord of Outland, slain during the events of The Burning Crusade. The Archmage Khadgar who led the Alliance forces against Gul’dan and the Iron Horde on the alternate Draenor then witnesses the return of the Burning Legion and hurries to the city of Stormwind to warn King Varian Wrynn of the impending invasion.
Gameplay Changes and WoW Gold in Legion: Artifact Weapons and the Broken Isles
The expansion raises the existing level cap from 100 to 110, features artifact weapons for each class’s spec, includes a new continent on Azeroth called the Broken Isles, and introduces the Demon Hunter hero class that starts at level 95. It also re-introduces two pre-existent characters from the franchise: Alleria and Turalyon. At least nine new dungeons and two raids will also be introduced in this expansion.
Artifact weapons are powerful items wielded by legends of the entire Warcraft universe, and will be the main weapon available to players of Legion. There are 36 unique weapons specifically for each class and specialization combination in the game: including the Ashbringer, the sword wielded by Tirion Fordring, for Retribution paladins, the Doomhammer wielded by Thrall, for Enhancement shamans, and other artifact weapons like Icebringer and Soulreaper from the Frostmourne of the Lich King. Players have to undergo through quests in the Broken Isles and clear dungeons and raid encounters to obtain and level-up these weapons. Alternatively, they may obtain this through trading with other players through WoW gold. The appearance of the weapons are also customizable.
Gameplay Changes and WoW Gold in Legion: The Demon Hunter
The Demon Hunter is the second hero class in World of Warcraft. Demon Hunters are members of the Illidari, the elite guard of Illidan Stormrage during his rule of Outland in The Burning Crusade. Demon Hunters wield demonic magic to fuel their melee attacks and harness the powers of demons they kill in order to fight against the Burning Legion. They take on demonic features, including horns, wings, and hooves. Demon Hunters ritually bind themselves to gain ‘spectral sight’, allowing them to better detect their enemies, even the hidden ones. Same with the Death Knight, the Demon Hunter will not start at Level 1, and will likely start around Level 95 – 100. They will have a unique starting experience, just as the death knight does, including undergoing tasks given by Illidan in the years before, and awakening imprisoned in the Vault of the Wardens at the start of a demonic invasion. Also like the Death Knight, the Demon Hunter is able to adapt tank or damage roles, despite having only two specializations: Havoc (DPS) and Vengeance (tank). They weather leather armor and wield a pair of glaives, just like Illidan’s warblades. Unlike the Death Knight, which is available to all races except for Pandaren, the Demon Hunter will only be playable by night elves and blood elves.
Gameplay Changes and WoW Gold in Legion: Changes to Existing Classes
- Hunters, who are ranged and rely on animal pets, will have two of their three specializations changed. Survival will allow them to wield melee weapons in conjunction with their pets, and Marksmanship will rely solely on their skill with ranged weapons, without the aid of their pets.
- The Warlock’s Demonology spec, which was described as “dominated” by their Metamorphosis ability will be refocused more on their demon minions.
- Each class will also have an “order hall”, similar to Acherus: The Ebon Hold for Death Knights, where all members of their class can congregate.
- Players can upgrade the look and abilities of their artifact weapons in their class order hall. The player character, for lore purposes, is also the leader of the organization in question much as they were the commander of Alliance or Horde forces in Warlords of Draenor.
Just like in any other MMORPGs, gold is a viable resource to fully explore the features of the game. WoW gold can be spent at NPC vendors, through trade with other player characters, flight master, biddings at the Auction House, and more. However, as with many other MMORPGs, gold is rather difficult and time-consuming to obtain, which is why alternatively, players may opt to buy WoW gold from other players instead.
